AMT Services is a state approved Louisiana Responsible Vendor Training Program. I provide the necessary training classes for those who are authorized to sell or serve alcoholic beverages in the normal course of employment. Alcohol training provides practical, yet comprehensive, knowledge that assists all front-of-the-house staff in learning what they need to know to serve alcohol responsibly. The Louisiana Responsible Vendor program includes facts about the effects of alcohol, methods of detecting intoxicated patrons, intervention methods, blood alcohol concentration (BAC), and a test for servers and a course completion receipt.

I began teaching the class in 2000 for a restaurant group in New Orleans. In 2003, I decided to become a contractor for the state of Louisiana and teach the classes independently throughout the state. I launcehd the course ONLINE in February 2014.  

I have 30 years of experience in the service industry. I know how demanding the industry can be and that the responsible alcohol service training decisions you make are critical to your business. I have been through many alcohol related situations and share those with my students. This helps your staff be prepared for those kinds of situations when they are confronted with them.

I implement initiatives aimed at combating underaged and irresponsible drinking. I am committed to educating and training your staff so that they are able to carry out their duties under the law and enlighten them on what is legal, what liabilities lie with whom in serving alcohol and crisis intervention in severe cases.
