AMT Services is an approved provider of the Security Certification Course required for Louisiana Alcohol Beverage Outlet Security personnel. We provide the necessary training classes for Security Personnel. Students of this course will be introduced to the job responsibilities and how to handle unruly patrons in a professional manner.
Pursuant to recent legislation, Security personnel working in any establishment where alcoholic beverages are the principal commodity sold for consumption on the premises must complete a security personnel training course within 45 days of the first day of employment and must maintain a valid server permit at all times thereafter. Security personnel must attend a Responsible Vendor Server course to be able to recognize when a patron is too intoxicated to be served and obtain a server permit in addition to Security Certification to be trained to handle tense situations.
Nightclub security details are composed of doormen and inside security personnel, or bouncers. Security personnel are primarily tasked to care for and protect all the staff, the patrons and the property at their venue. This can only be achieved by behaving in a manner that defeats aggressive behavior before it starts. The job requires discretion, tact, and exceptional communication skills. Lack of training in this field can place an establishment in a risky liability situation.
