We are a recognized and State-approved provider of Louisiana Responsible Vendor training. Our mission is to equip individuals and businesses with the essential knowledge and certification required to legally and responsibly sell or serve alcohol and tobacco in the state of Louisiana.

Our offerings include:
Responsible Vendor Training: Mandatory for anyone selling or serving alcohol or tobacco as part of their employment.
Security Certification Course: Required for security personnel working in licensed beverage outlets throughout Louisiana. Security personnel must attend a Responsible Vendor Server course to be able to recognize when a patron is too intoxicated to be served and obtain a server permit in addition to Security Certification to be trained to handle tense situations.

I began teaching the Responsible Vendor Course in 2000 for a restaurant group in New Orleans. In 2003, I decided to become a contractor for the state of Louisiana and teach the classes independently throughout the state. I launched the course ONLINE in February 2014.  

I have 30 years of experience in the service industry. I know how demanding the industry can be and that the responsible alcohol service training decisions you make are critical to your business. I have been through many alcohol related situations and share those with my students. This helps your staff be prepared for those kinds of situations when they are confronted with them.

We are dedicated to implementing initiatives that combat underage and irresponsible drinking. Our commitment includes providing education and training for your staff, ensuring they are fully equipped to perform their duties in compliance with the law.
